There are few types of Fermax Intercom systems available in Singapore: 4+n, VDS and IP. Some phones may look similar in design but they are different electronically. We are capable to repair only 4+n system phones. VDS and IP systems require an access to Visitor Call Panel or Intercom Distribution Box in common area to do the programming of the new phone for which we may not be able to get a permission from your condominium management.
